Get Bars 7-OH Tablets Complaints: Refunds, Shipping, Billing

If you have a problem with a Get Bars order, email Info@GetBars.co with your order number and a clear photo, because the seller's refund terms are built around that. Know the catches first: the seller's own pages disagree on whether you get 30 or 60 days to return, shipping charges are non-refundable, and damage has to be reported within 48 hours of delivery. The sections below cover billing, shipping and refunds, then the 7-OH questions that usually come up alongside them.

What do Get Bars' terms say about each kind of problem?

Everything here comes from the seller's own Terms and Conditions, Refund and Return Policy and Shipping Information pages.

Problem What the seller's terms say What to do
Refund has not arrived Refunds go only to the original payment method. The Terms page says they are processed within 3 to 5 business days of the seller receiving your return in satisfactory condition. Both pages say a refund can take up to 5 business days to fully process once started. Keep your return tracking number and email the order number.
Package late or lost Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed. Free shipping goes by USPS, and the seller says it cannot guarantee delivery or accept liability for lost, stolen or delayed free-shipping orders. It suggests contacting your local post office, or choosing FedEx for guaranteed delivery. Check tracking, ask the post office, then email the seller anyway.
Item arrived damaged Report it to customer service within 48 hours of delivery to get a replacement. Replacements are only for defective or damaged items, and only for the exact item bought unless it is no longer available. Photograph the product and packaging right away.
Charged for shipping you want back Shipping charges are non-refundable. Factor this in before choosing paid shipping.
Promo item not returned If a free gift or promo item is not sent back with the return, its value is deducted from your refund. Return everything in the promotion.
Unwanted texts or emails Text STOP to unsubscribe. The privacy policy lists 1-888-991-7471 and Info@GetBars.co for removal from the marketing list. Opt out in writing and keep a copy.

Do you have 30 days or 60 days to return?

The seller's pages give two different answers, so get it settled in writing.

  • The Refund and Return Policy page promises a 30-day guarantee. It covers unopened products or items with a reasonable amount of unused product, in original packaging, measured from the date the order was placed. It says “unopened or minimally used” items qualify.
  • The Terms and Conditions page says 60 days from the order date, but only for unopened, unused items in original packaging. It also requires a return merchandise authorization (RMA) request by email before you send anything back.

The safest move is to start the request inside 30 days and ask support to confirm which window applies to your order. If you opened the package, the refund page tells you to email Info@GetBars.co and ask whether it still qualifies.

How a return works in practice

  • Email Info@GetBars.co or use the contact form. The refund page asks for a clear photo of the product, a short reason, and your order number.
  • The Terms page says to wait for the assigned agent's instructions before shipping. For a non-defective return, the agent emails you the return address.
  • You pay return shipping on non-defective returns. For defective items, the seller says it issues a prepaid label.
  • Pack it exactly as it was sent, include a copy of the packing list, and use a padded envelope or box. The Terms page warns that poor repackaging can mean no refund or replacement.
  • If the item is defective but shows signs of being dropped or physically damaged, and that is judged to be the cause, a 25% restocking fee applies.

What about shipping delays and where it ships?

The seller says orders can take up to 72 hours to process, and tracking can take up to 72 hours to arrive. Its listed methods are:

Method Seller's estimate
Free shipping (USPS, 50 US states) 5 to 8 business days; Alaska and Hawaii may add 2 to 3 days
First Class Mail 3 to 5 business days
Priority 1 to 3 business days
FedEx 2 business days, with guaranteed delivery

Business days exclude weekends and holidays, and there is no weekend delivery. Friday orders after 11:00 AM Pacific ship within 72 hours, so they leave Monday unless it is a Post Office holiday. The seller does not ship to U.S. territories or APO/FPO addresses, and every order needs a street address that USPS can verify.

The shipping page also lists states where it restricts BARS 7OH Tablets: Alabama, Arkansas, California, Georgia, Indiana, Louisiana, Rhode Island, Texas, Utah, Vermont and Wisconsin. If you live in one of them, expect a problem at checkout or afterward.

Billing, subscriptions and your data

The site banner advertises “Subscribe & Save 40% off + free shipping” and a 40% discount on a first order for email sign-ups. The seller's terms pages do not spell out how a subscription renews or how to cancel it. Ask before you sign up, and keep the confirmation email.

Two other billing points are in writing. Refunds only go back to the original form of payment. The privacy policy says card details are validated by a third-party processor and stored with industry-standard encryption.

The privacy policy also says your information can be shared among Get Bars' affiliated subsidiaries. The list of what may be shared includes name, address, phone, driver license number and parts of a social security number. You can ask Info@GetBars.co to be removed from the marketing list. The Terms page also says disputes go to individual binding arbitration, with a class-action waiver, so you cannot join a group claim.

How to resolve a Get Bars problem, step by step

  1. Photograph the product, label and packaging before you do anything else.
  2. Save the order confirmation, shipping email, tracking number and a screenshot of the policy page you relied on. The seller says it can change its terms at its discretion.
  3. Email Info@GetBars.co with your order number, a clear photo and a one-line description of what went wrong. Say whether you want a refund or a replacement.
  4. Do not ship anything back until the agent replies with an RMA and return instructions.
  5. If a refund is promised, note the date and check your statement after the 5 business days the seller allows.

Our guide to saving label, receipt and batch details shows what to keep. If the seller does not respond, your bank or card issuer is the next place to ask. The seller's terms promise nothing on that route.

Is what you received what was advertised?

The product labels shown on the seller's site list 60 mg of 7-hydroxy per tablet and 240 mg per package, with a 21+ marking and “Caution: extremely potent.” The seller's About page describes four bars per package. The homepage calls the tablets “lab-tested, pure 7-OH.”

On quality, a treatment center's overview says commercial 7-OH products can differ in concentration, and that label information may not match what is inside. It also reports an FDA recall in 2026 of 7-OH tablets that contained more of the compound than the label stated (Bridging the Gaps). You can look for current recall notices on the FDA website. The seller says its lab reports are on the Lab Reports page in its footer. Look for a report whose batch number matches the number on your package. Our guide on ingredient evidence versus marketing claims explains why a seller's own description is not the same as independent testing.

Which brand of 7-OH tablets is best?

No independent comparison ranks 7-OH tablet brands, so no honest answer exists. Instead, judge any brand by whether it publishes a recent, batch-specific lab report, shows clear ingredient labeling, and has refund terms that match across its pages. Our Defy It Health kratom tablets guide shows how we read another tablet's label and testing.

Is 7-OH getting banned, and where is it legal?

A federal ban is in progress. In July 2026, the DEA began a federal process to temporarily place certain concentrated 7-OH products into Schedule I. The order would make producing, dispensing and possessing those compounds a federal crime, and it does not cover raw leaf kratom. Check the DEA or Federal Register for whether it has taken effect. Ask support what happens to an open order if it does.

State law differs. The seller's restricted-state list is above, and its shipping page says to check your state's website because rules change often. A treatment center's FAQ names Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Rhode Island, Vermont and Wisconsin as states that treat 7-OH as Schedule I (Simonds Recovery Centers).

Can you go to jail for kratom?

It depends on your state and on whether the federal order takes effect. If the federal Schedule I order applies to 7-OH, possession would become a federal crime. Check current law where you live. This is not legal advice.

Can 7-OH show up on a drug test, and how long does it stay in your system?

A standard workplace panel targets traditional opioids, so it would not normally pick up 7-OH. A test that specifically looks for kratom compounds could. A treatment center's FAQ gives roughly 5 to 9 days in urine and 1 to 3 days in blood, and says higher doses can extend clearance (Simonds Recovery Centers). Treat those numbers as rough. The same page says no standard lab procedures exist for measuring kratom or its metabolites in clinical settings. If a test matters for your job, ask the employer or lab what the panel covers.

How does 7-OH affect the brain, and how fast does it work?

7-OH acts on mu-opioid receptors, the same receptors opioid drugs act on. That is why it can cause opioid-like effects, tolerance and withdrawal. The seller's beginner guide says effects start 15 to 45 minutes after a dose, peak at one to two hours, and last four to six hours, varying with metabolism, body size and food. Treat those as the seller's figures. Lab sources put 7-OH's potency at roughly 10 to 46 times morphine in animal and lab assays, and the numbers vary widely.

Effect What is reported
Common Euphoria or deep relaxation, sedation, nausea or vomiting, constipation, stomach cramping
Serious Slowed breathing and severe sedation at higher exposure, worse when mixed with alcohol, benzodiazepines, opioids or other sedatives
Longer term Tolerance, physical dependence and withdrawal

The Kentucky Department for Public Health advises against consuming 7-OH and kratom, citing liver toxicity, seizures and addiction (Louisville Metro bulletin). The Missouri health department calls 7-OH untested and unregulated, and reported 47 exposure reports from January to September, up from 25 the year before (NewsNation). It recommends keeping naloxone on hand and calling 911 in an overdose.

What is the safest opioid?

None of these sources names a safe one. Opioids slow breathing, and overdose deaths happen when breathing stops. Narcotics.com notes that buprenorphine and methadone are FDA-approved medications for opioid use disorder that reduce withdrawal, cravings and overdose risk; the FDA is the place to check approvals. A prescriber decides about those. If you think you are dependent on 7-OH, talk to a clinician before you stop or change anything.

Before you order

  • Ask support in writing whether returns are 30 or 60 days, and whether an opened package qualifies.
  • Request the batch lab report for the tablets you are buying.
  • Ask how a subscription renews and how to cancel it.
  • Ask what happens to a pending order if federal scheduling takes effect.
  • Check your state's current rules against the seller's restricted list.
